Working with multinational corporations and local businesses in Kenya to create safe spaces for their LGBT employees.

LEEP (LGBT Economic Empowerment Project)

This project focuses on economically empowering LGBT persons who are often times at the base of the pyramid. The idea is to equip them with employable and entrepreneurial skills that will get them out of poverty and improve their chances in gaining meaningful employment.
